St Anthony's Policies and Procedures
Our school has been working with SchoolDocs to create a website for our policies and procedures. We are excited to announce that the site is now live and available to our school community.
The school works on a subscription basis with SchoolDocs to maintain, update, and review our policies. SchoolDocs provides us with a comprehensive core set of policies which have been well researched and follow the Ministry of Education National Administration Guidelines. The policies and procedures are tailored to our school, and the school supplies specific information such as our charter, and procedures for behaviour management, reporting to parents, etc.
SchoolDocs updates, modifies, or creates policies in response to changes in legislation or Ministry guidelines, significant events, reviews/requests from schools, and regular reviewing from the SchoolDocs team. Our school board has the opportunity to view changes/additions and comment on them before they are implemented. We will advise you when policies are up for review and how you can take part in the review.

Our username is stants and password ludlam. You can find all our policies on this site, including our Child Protection Policy.
If you don't have internet access, school office staff can provide you with printed copies of the policy and a review form.
In term 2 we are reviewing topics in the Employer Responsibilities Policy section.
Who reviews our policies and procedures?
All reviews are open to board, staff, students, and the school community (parents/caregivers/whānau).
Anyone can review any policy/procedure that has a review button.
The review opens Monday 5 February: to start reviewing, click on a topic name below, then click the Start your review button. If a link is inactive, our school doesn't have the topic.
Note that if you'd like to provide feedback on a topic that's not listed, you can still do so if it has a review button.

To access the SchoolDocs website, please visit:
Enter the username (stants) and password (ludlam).
Follow the link to the relevant policy as listed.
Read the policy.
Click the Policy Review button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Select the reviewer type "Parent".
Enter your name (optional).
Submit your ratings and comments.
